FB Pharmtech has the technical knowledge, resources and facilities to carry out chemical process development and scale-up, supporting the manufacture of intermediates and fine chemicals at kg-Mt scale.
With reactors ranging from 500-5000L, a pressure lab including 300L autoclave for high-pressure reactions up to 200 atm; as well as large scale fractional distillation and recrystallisation resources, FB Pharmtech has the facilities to provide an all in one pilot production service.
Our experienced team of chemists have strengths in scale-up and process optimisation taking production from the lab to the pilot plant. We can also handle hazardous materials which is supported by wastewater treatment facilities and dangerous goods warehouse
